The National Cherry Blossom Festival bigger than ever this year
 A commemoration of the 1912 gift of 3000 cherry trees from Tokyo to Washington, the National Cherry Blossom Festival has been an annual celebration of a close relationship between the two cultures of Japan and the U.S., and there has never been more to see or do than this year. Kicking off the two-week long festivities is “Family Day” on March 28. Join the National Children’s Museum this Spring at the Kids’ Potomac River Clean-Up
 On April 4, the Museum will present an exciting day of environmentally friendly children’s programming during Kids’ River Clean-Up Day at the Accokeek Colonial Farm, featuring an interactive puppet show and river clean-up. Families can follow The Adventures of Wally the Water Bottle, an original performance by the National Children’s Museum, as Wally is accidentally washed into a river. Following the puppet show, families can participate in a real river clean-up at a special kids’ site on the Potomac riverbank, and attend a closing awards ceremony. HAMA SUSHI – Where To Taste Fresh Sushi All The Time
 Established in 1995, Hama Sushi has since been a favorite among residents and visitors alike in the Dulles area. They pride themselves in providing authentic Japanese cuisine in a traditional atmosphere, and are well known for their fresh fish and great service. For the last 10 years, it has been run by current owner Yong Son, who has 22 years of experience behind him. The restaurant has been featured by the Washington Post, Washington Tourism, Zagat Survey, and various local papers and magazines.
